Rotator cuff. Most injuries are bad form or taking too much weight then what you can handle. Most people are in it for the gains, why not enjoy the journey to said gains?

broken femur, don't go wakeboarding.

Carpal tunnel, don't have shit posture on the computer and do a job that involves the forearms a lot

Really nice advice right here. You must enjoy what you are doing, instead of doing exclusively to success in something.

A broken heart. Don't love

Broken dick. No cock push-ups.

>tore my rotator cuff a few times
>bar slid between my vertebrae when squatting and i almost passed out from the pain
>dropped the bar on the side of my head, benching without a spot, which gave me a slight concussion
the only way to prevent these is to get stronger

based

Became gay; didn’t do enough face pulls

your gonna lift yourself retarded if you haven't already lmao

had some soft tissue injury to my shoulder, had to avoid having my arms overhead for more than half a year. I've had a couple more minor injuries.

I think injuries are necessary, because after you've had 1 or 2 of the annoying kind you start being more careful and "listening to your body". I think I was lucky that the injury that was really annoying for me wasn't a serious one, and healed on its own, with only slight rehab exercises, no medication/surgery.

underrated

Intestinal surgery
Multiple instances of pulled hamstrings
Strained erectors
Tendoniting in right knee and right elbow
Dislocated left knee

These all sucked and outside of avoiding sports all together ghr for the hamstrings and proper form for the back is all i do for prevention now
