beacuse overtime he learns over his mistakes and listens to actual betters, now he listens to guys who score near 500 wilks, are actual MDs and have shit ton of athlethes with great sucess, plus themselves are coached by Mike T who not only did amazing at world games but coached over 12 champions. They all use same principles versus what Alan said before was just him learning on his own. Plus he got stronger in past year than in past 5 years by actually using this principles.

I like his beard and he listens to metal Also checked
because he is still learning and isn't ashamed to admit that he was wrong in the past and is open to new ideas, unlike most gym goers >nah bro that's bad for the knees >nah bro i like it this way better, im just used to it >nah bro, my somatotype dictates i shoudl eat this and train that besides he never explicitly said tha atg squats are bad, just that currently his goal is to squat as much as possible (although he did say in the past that he can somehow squat more atg than just bellow parallel, which was probably a sign of improper form) and a powerlifting squat will allow more weight to be squatted, however atg squat, provided you have the mobility, is a superior muscle and strength builder

Don't know why anyone ever listened to him in the first place. He has a shit physique with no arms or upper body and giant fat legs. Why would you take advice from someone who likes like such garbage?
Bentley Brooks
>Literal neckbeard >"strongman" for how many years? and has nothing to his name >For the years he has been training consistently he is weak >looks like shit
He is the definition of shit genetics and actually offers good advice for people like him. But if you blindly follow what an e celeb says is the best x then you're a retard.

his beard is shit, it's just big. It needs trimmed badly.

>his beard that's not a beard, those are long ass pubes on his face

Changing his opinion based on new information actually makes him more credible.
Even though his goals completely differ from my own and I rarely watch his videos, I think that Thrall is a good guy.
He never claimed to be a know it all powerlifting demi-Chad, he’s just a guy that owns his own gym and lifts People here act like their YouTube crush never changed his mind on something when he got new information
Austin Ross
i never watched his videos but if he's actively telling people what they SHOULD do, it's not just an opinion
Adrian Walker
Sounds like he's willing to scrutinize his old ideas and admit when he was wrong, which is the best reason to listen to somebody.
