It's to better your balance
Because if you lost your balance, you fucking fall

Eating at a deficit

That's the joke that 90% of people don't get when talking about that panel. His workout does not remotely match his extreme physical strength and the people he's responding too point this out.

Thank you to everyone who replied. I will post again in a week, sharing methods and results.

I don't think 10k a day every day is easy. That sounds like the level of work that regional level distance runners are putting in.
I also think 100 pushups is pretty hard, I struggle with 3 sets of 25 lol.

Amen Protocol

Marathon running should be the most painful and brutal.

nah, this is 10 times more brutal than some babby tier marathon lol

Lactate sets (normally used for rowing, swimming or sprinting. I used them for rowing). You feel like there's someone pushing screws into your legs.

You have autism, everybody gets the joke

20 rep squats. 20 reps with your 10 rep max, the set takes as long as it needs to. Add 5lbs the next time. 3 days a week. Welcome to hell.

you cant just puke up every exercise you know and call it a routine, also:

>that many meme movements
> deadlift

Strict tempo sets with prolonged negatives: like 10 sec eccentrics
Tom Platz style squats
100 reps on anything
4-5 sec peak contraction cable exercises
Trap bar farmers walk at 600lbs+
Rowing machine supersetted with every exercise on Pull day
100 reps on bench with 225 under 15 minutes
100-150 pull-ups every training
Weighted stretching anything for 30-40 sec

Hill sprints yo

good shit

Widowmakers are tough as hell but
this is actually the hardest thing in the thread

Also i recommend y'all read his article on Houdini, fucker is a huge madman and a great source of inspiration

Two squat-days a week.
