I started working out with 2 friends last summer,
We make progress togheter and lift ab.out the same in most exercises. Even though I'm able to bench a little bit more, my friends' chests have grown way more. I have mild 'pectus excevatum' which makes it even harder for the chest to pop.

I have the hair do with my hair tied back. Also Freedom Braids on top.

It looks pretty good without being tied back or braided but it's hard to keep it in position as the habit naturally falls to the sides of my head without a truck load of product.

If your hair is short so that it can't be tied in a bun it can look like you're wearing a cycling helmet.
