Can someone give me a good reason NOT to train twice a week? let's be real here, there is a lot of other things to do in life other than lift weights.

Pretty sure I'm going to move to this program and 5/3/1 the big lifts. Please let me know if I should add something or take something out. I don't care how long I'm at the gym, it will still save time by going 2 instead of 4 days.
