Lose enough weight I don't feel self-conscious in the rock climbing gym and I can actually progress in it instead of stalling at 5.10a routes because of garbage stamina related to my weight.

Lift atleast twice the starting weight in every exercise by max end of 2019. I just started lifiting a month ago, so I suppose thats doable

Why wait till 2019?
I started skinny. Did bodyweight, gained confidence. Now Im going to start going to the gym with my brother. I've had enough.

I just started powerlifting last month, stats are 315/275/385 (squat/bench/diddlies) @ 6'/195lbs. Only goal this year is to push these numbers are hard as I can. Aiming for a 315 bench for February.

In 2019 I am going to spend some time working on kindness and relationships. I want to call my dad and mom more and show my sister the support she deserves. I went to university with this and he is a huge douchebag. Used to give me weird staredowns in the university gym, probably because I was genetically superior despite being 2 years younger. He got clowned by the dalplex management for being a roider, and yet was studying a goon subject - health promotion. not to mention everyone knows he has a small dick from those posing videos he would post everyday.

2018 was a fucking mess, my dudes, but it was my first year of lifting and I went from a skinnyfat weakling slob that could barely lift the bar to a DYEL with some gains and I am very proud of it. I think I'll be well on my way to making it by the end of next year. I think 2019 will be a good year.
