The street cooks there don't have safety regulations western cooks have. The meat/dairy/food industry doesn't have the sanitary rules we have. You could have a sanitary cook but the meat he cooks could come from some dirty fuken farm that will get you diarrhea on your best day. Anytime I ever get a "growth" on my body I cannot stop picking at it, biting it off or doing self surgery.
