I'm 195 and my lean mass is ~88-89. And I'm pretty dyel. I don't think 5cm would make much difference

I've been working out for a few years but never as seriously and consistently as I have now. Been working out straight for like 4 months, all that during a cut. I was at 1200kcal just a couple weeks back, took pic in OP today, at 1500kcals so still feeling pretty weak and small.
So yeah, my weight is good for my height, maybe a bit more around 95kg but with more muscle and less fat.

thanks. Yeah, I'm a bit fatter than I'd like, but I just cutted down from like 25% body fat but the cut took too long and I didn't want to force cutting anymore, (see above, 1200kcals). I intend to do maintain now for a while and then finish the cut.
