Ty Natty I was like 175 lbs in this pic, ab wheel, hanging leg raises, planks (side planks too), side bends and cable crunches. Sets of 10-15 and about a minute on planks for all sides totalling 3 minutes. I usually don't do all of those either, just like 2-3 at a time.

from my anecdotal experience, the small boxers are usually the dangerous ones that start shit. the heavyweights are usually chill guys. but the short ones are like pitbulls. also you never see their left hook coming. so from these experiences I developed a reverse-awareness.
