How can I eat around 3000 calories when I work 9 hours a day 8:30am till 5:30pm with only half an hour break?

fucking nuts bro, I work 9-6 and eat 3500 no problems, got a big bag of mixed nuts in my desk draw and just munch on that shit all day.

dude you only weigh 55 Kg. You probably eat like 1700 calories avrage per day. Try increasing it first to 2200 and continue from there.

And don't you come here and say you dont have any time in the morning. I work 0800 to 1700 and I go to the gym at 0430 and go to bed between 2000 - 2100. There's always time.

I'm not clean eating because after 12 years I feel it's fucking idiotic if you're not competing.
So I grab an old 1 Liter Yoghurt bucket (using instead of tupperware).
I fill that damn thing half way with some kind of oatmeal cerial with a lot of sugar in it cause fuck you.
I put 2 big spoons of 99% peanutbutter in it.
1 big spoon of Honey.
Then I fill the damn thing to the top with Yoghurt.
Sometimes I even snack on 100g of peanuts afterwards.
I'm 192cm tall at 107kg bw.

I prepare my meals in advance on Sunday and Tuesday and bring them to work, they're usually a couple of Tupperwares, one has 220g of whole pasta with pesto or some other sauce, the other one has meat and vegetables, that's usually ~1300kcal. I also bring a sandwich with peanut butter which is another ~740kcal, my preworkout has 265kcal, I have a protein shake after the gym and eat ~1200kcal for dinner.
I work on call 24/7, 12-24 hour days, raise two kids and a wife. Hobby farm and still manage to eat 3700 cal a day you’re not going to make it apparently

Protein carbs and fat, tons of veggies. Whole wheat bread, potatoes, rice, all high in carbs, try to cut as much sugar as possible. Avacados, eggs, meat, shakes with oats, nuts and protein and a nanner.
Really with a normal schedule its pretty easy enough, start prepping meals if you gotta.

Im also 192 cm but 93kg, I have no problems eating, I can stuff myself endlessly, but since I lost 10kg from 103kg to current and my face leaned out, theres no way Im bulking again and losing them jaw definition gains and overall shape. Ive tried to cleanbulk, but that shit is too expensive.
