Not talking about maintaining strength and what not; purely about which is easier to accomplish
Which is Easier: Bulking or Cutting?
bulking
Cutting lol
Just be lazy as fuck and don't eat anything lol

For me its cutting. I just dont like feeling full all the time
>Cutting pros
>look shredded, only matters in the summer or youre trying to impress some thot
spoken like a true fatass. You will never know the feeling of waking up and looking into the mirror and feeling like a Greek god.
>low energy, moody and low T levels
that's literally a meme unless you cut down to sub 10% which is damn near impossible without gear
>Not talking about maintaining strength and what not; purely about which is easier to accomplish
the easiest to accomplish is body recomp
Nah m8 im pretty lean rn.
>10% is impossible without gear
Cope
Cutting
I'm bulking right now and can't make it past 3000 calories, Im not gonna make it brahs.
Cutting is so much easier, just eat more protein and less calories.
Its easier to not eat than to shove every three ours food on your mouth.
stop larping doughboy and post pics
Cutting is easier. You will only be tired and weak feeling the first couple days. Your body gets used to it after the first week it’s nothing. Cutting at 2000 on lift days and 1500 on rest days and have zero issues with energy and my lifts have gone up. No size gains though but that was expected.
The ideal body
Do you really need to eat above 3000cal a day to bulk?
They're both easy, you pussy.
Dont ask me for a damn timestamp i already had to do this earlier
this you on the far right?
Lmao no but i know that kid
As someone cutting at like sub-1500 calories I still agree cutting is easier. I literally just eat fruit, veggies and meat once a day and then I focus on other things. I don't have to really worry about going outside my diet as long as I don't go over my TDEE. Bulking is fucking tedious, expensive and unless you're frauding you have to be super clean.
cutting is way easier if you have the will power. Just don't eat lol
bulking is way easier if you have the will power. Just eat lol
post routine plz
literally the only thing thats harder about bulking is the price, because you should still make sure you eat healthier food on cuts
Bulking correctly is more difficult than cutting correctly. If you want to make/keep gains without losing overall health it's much easier to fast or go keto than it is to cleanly bulk at the right surplus.
>Not talking about maintaining strength and what not; purely about which is easier
Of course it's easier to shove food into your mouth than look at it and not eat it. Why the fuck are you even asking this?
Chubby but mirin forearms
Just kidding, you look good for Jow Forums. Don’t dox yourself tho
>cutting to below 10% is impossible
>people can't starve to death
It depends on your relationship with food and your body. Some people have a difficult time consuming enough calories during a bulk due to lack of hunger, and others have a difficult time cutting enough calories to get lean due to being hungry all the time.
For me personally I find bulking easy, I just make high-calorie, high-protein foods and never stop eating them.
When cutting, I have to prepare low-calorie, high-protein options that keep me full longer, which generally means more fresh vegetables, so I have to go shopping more often.
>damn near impossible
>impossible
learn to fucking read, you mongoloid
Bulking on clean food for health is a meme. If you're going for a high cal bulk just eat like 5 spoonfuls of peanut butter every day on top of your normal food. That's an extra ~500 calories. Add 16oz of whole milk and that's +800 a day
>damn near impossible
>9,000,000+ people do it every single year
who do you know, personally, that has cut below 10% regularly? You don't seem to realize how low that is. Don't use youtube personalities as your sample pool
3 friends off the top of my head
literally
>Cope
this
Cutting.
You save money, you take less time cooking, and you look better every day.
I seriously think I know this girl.
Bulking is easy as fuck.
I could eat 4000kcal a day of healthy food without even trying.
Cutting is hard as fuck.
Cutting is what I do naturally, so bulking takes a lot of effort and forcing myself to eat.
Cutting. I fucking hate cardio, and HIIT works but its a bitch. Especially after an 8 hour shift
