Anecdotally I've seen that height is more strongly influenced by the mother's height and family than the fathers. I think if you reproduce with a womenlet and are 6 foot, you will mog your male sons.
You and the mother of your children will have the genes of your family in you. Not only your own. Wasting too much time thinking about this probably wont lead to anything. Find a woman you respect and love, dont base it on looks and height.

My cousins grandfather is 6'5 and their grandmother is 4'10. My female cousin is 5'5 and her brother is is 6'3-6'4. Their parents are both somewhere in the middle but they got the extremes that their grandparents had.

Genes aren't everything, proper nutrition, sports and posture will help. My parents were 5'5 but I ate a lot of food when I was young and turned out to be 6'0. Healthy food though, lots of milk.
