i have magnificently thick, full hair, and so does my brother and my entire family on both sides, but who cares about balding

If I could give other people my hair, I would.
Hair requires maintenance (shampoo etc.) that could be avoided if fully bald (just use your body wash/soap). Shaving also takes time/money, as do hair cuts.
