I have 4 figure test levels (barely... 1020ng/dL). It’s probably largely genetic considering what my dad is like however I’ll tell you how I live anyway and what I think/have read raises or lowers it

I don’t have the highest sex drive out of my friends, I have depression and it affects my motivation and energy levels quite a bit. As far as I know the difference between average and upper natural levels only makes a difference in utero and during a puberty.

So try it and see how you go but honestly no porn and maybe no fap will be the best things for you unless you’re legit low test

Is a test level of 590 considered low at 21 years old? The person with said amount has depression, anxiety, has trouble building muscle but never really stuck to a plan and doesn't eat enough protein/sleep enough.

I have depression and some anxiety too. Tyson Fury is cooked too and look at him. Test can cause mental effects but at 590 I doubt it. Also from what I’ve read at 1020 I’m still not going to pack on muscle any more than you but I’m sceptical as I’ve always found it easy to build muscle and stay lean or at least maintain while making no effort in exercise or diet

I think there was some study around rats and sex where lots of copulation temporarily lowered androgen (test) receptor density in a small part of the brain, which was responsible for sex drive, so fucking a lot meant they didn't feel like fucking as much afterwards.
