You don't understand how the human body works. The protein is consumed and then it is used to rebuild muscles through protein synthesis. Not all the protein you eat is utilized during protein synthesis and fish contains an enzyme that increases protein synthesis. The "fast absorbing" part of your description just means that it gets into your blood stream faster than slow digesting meat.

The reason they tell you to drink your protein shake right after lifting is also because of protein synthesis, resistance lifting increases the rate of MPS (muscle protein synthesis) for a 24 hour period, it falls off slowly. However, it also takes time for MPS to ramp up, so if you consume some protein before your workout and some after, you have readily available protein to start MPS while you're working out.
That, and the fast-absorbing of some simplle carbs quickly replenishes used energy stores which is somehow optimal for recovery.

No, you have to lower the weight you are squatting and use proper form until you can squat properly. The entire point of squatting with a barbell is to improve those core stabilizing muscles. Your bench press, for example, will improve from the benefits of stabilization strength from squatting.

Arginine, or "l-arginine" is an enzyme in fish that stimulates MPS (muscle protein synthesis) which you can probably get from taking omega 3 pills as well.
The benefit of eating fish instead of pills is the unknowns, there may be complicated organic chemistry going on through the consumption of fish that we may not understand that you would lose through taking pills.
Whey protein is good 40mins before, during and shortly after the workout because the rate of MPS is so high you want to get as much in as you can by quickly absorbing it into the blood stream, but when you are eating meals later, things like chicken don't compare to fish at all. Fish is much, much better for MPS than chicken, even if there is more protein in the chicken, you utilize it more efficiently through fish.

You're basically embarrassed of not being able to squat with weight on the barbell. Just do it, you need to improve the stabilization muscles. You should be doing dead lifts too, for the same reason. These aren't just "back exercises", they increase core strength, which overlaps into many different types of movement that will make you stronger and more easily lift heavier weights in other exercises, which translates to higher gains. Dead lifts and proper squats make you stronger OVERALL.
