I did OMAD to lose all the weight, now I just skip breakfast or eat less
I think its going to shrink, but if it doesn't I will consider getting it taken off. It's expansive though so I'm not sure. it does make me self conscious, but I can learn to live with it if need be

This is my 4 month progress, 5’10 220 down to 180. I’ve been living like shit lately and shot back up to 185, but for the past two days I’ve been eating better.

If you are skinny fat your body fat % is still shit. Increasing the lean body mass to fat ratio is what makes a guy look good

Realistically you can lose 2 kg of fat a month and gain(as a beginner) 1 kg of muscle if you do everything right, diet and training.


So in 6 months you can lose 12 kg of fat and gain 6 kg of muscle.

Lets say before you had 20 % body fat and were 80 kg. So you had 16 kg fat and 64 k lean body mass.
After 6 month you now weight 74 kg of which 4 kg are fat and 70 are lean body mass.
So you are at 5,4 % body fat

This is the absolute perfect scenario though but it is possible.
All of this show also that diet is a lot more important then training if you want to look good. You need to do both though to see results.

I'm at this skinny fat situation. According to the US navy calculation i have 21% BF which 19kg are fat and 68kg lean mass. Should i lean bulk/recomp? I tried a 2 month cut with 1600kcal, was killing myself at the gym running at least 4 times per week and had almost 0 result.

You should not bulk over 15% body fat.
Cut down to under 15% (500 cal deficit each day). Calculate your TDEE and count calories (a good app I use is "lose it") while still going to the gym like you used to and eat at least 2-2,5x your bodyweight in proteins grams every day. If you can handle it do HIIT on the days you are not training.

Then lean bulk all day every day until you are satisfied. Bulking and cutting are outdated concepts. If you stay under 15% body fat you can "bulk" the entire year by eating exactly as many calories as you need to build new muscle but not fat.
Since no one manages to exactly get their calories right though you will have to use a scale and a skinfold caliper to measure your body fat % from time to time to adjust your calorie intake.

Lost all of my old pics, but starting weigh was about 275 lbs about 3-4 years ago, got down to about 185-190 a year and a half ago and was looking pretty good but I had pneumonia and was basically stuck lying in bed for three months and then had a pretty bad patella injury within a month of being healthy again, so I was basically out for like six months, but still ate like I was running 5+ miles a day and lifting for two hours. Not sure where I'm at for weight right now, somewhere around 230-240, this was from a few days ago, have been fasting since I took the pic and already seeing a bit less gut.

It's hard to say. I was 19 when I lost the weight. didn't exercise that much, but i had an active job. I went from around 300lbs down to 135. I am 175 now. I think if youre lifting the loose skin wont be too bad, but I think it's entirely dependent on age.

it depends on how your fat is stored. if your gut overhangs and your tits sag, then yeah, you'll probably get loose skin. I'm , I went from 300(270 in before picture) to 200 and have been lucky to have no loose skin due to how my fat was stored

your doing good user. I find eating higher volume healthy foods, like soup salads help the hunger. Basically anything with a high water content.

At the start i had no muscle,literally,first day on the gym y passed out while doing curls with 3 kg,8 months later im low bf but still need to gain a lot of mass to really look good,but hey,i atleast loke somewhat handsome now,i looked like a weird teenage girl before.
