mile...

4:50
I think I'm the fastest miler to do 2/3/4/5 on this forum, and maybe most of the world

Around 5 minutes if I'm not hauling ass. I've never ran just one mile though so I'm guessing based on my average.

4 minute mile was broken in the 50's

No I hit 3/4/5/6 and run a 4:45 mile. Sorry milelet.

>post twink shit
>talks about cardio

Lol

Nice reading comprehension

Ran a 4:20 in college. Pic related is the school

Yeah but I ran a 3:20 in highschool, so, get your estats out of here.

Well your lifts arent impressive so I thought you were leading with time boast.

That wasn't me. As it turns out, there's lots of people on here. But 2/3/4/5 is very impressive for anyone that isn't a competitive powerlifter. No matter who you are, roids or not, it took years of consistent effort.

Maybe if you're doing more aesthetic focused routines.

Even if you're focused on moving heavy fucking weight, a 225 strict press is fucking rare. There aren't many people who can pull it off and less who can do it without needing to juice up or get fat.

I'm a fucking brick and I don't know how to run with good form but getting my heart rate up every once and a while has helped out in my everyday health tremendously.

Yeah I agree. I'm at 135x5x5 doing linear progression and people fucking stare at me already. I can't imagine seeing someone do 2pl8

I can run 3.3km in 12 min, so if I did I single mile I'd probably take around 5 min.

Ran a 4:23 while running cross country and track for a D3 school. My lifts were shit during this time but we were running 70+ miles a week

user...it's physically impossible to run a whole mile

Per kilometer, or per mile?

Post body

5:11 on average

13 minute, I can't run a mile non-stop yet.

You'll get there m8

5:30 1500m so I’m guessing a bit under 6min for a mile

Keep it up man. At the start it's not about speed but to keep on running.

Seriously? Grow up.

>running a mile
Why? I'm not an African or Mongol, Europeans at most sprint short distances to chase game.

yeah, you must be chasing so many wild animals everyday.

Because unlike what Jow Forums roiders say, cardio is a good thing to do.

My point is my biology is not designed to run long distances.

Thinking about getting some Vaporfly 4%s what do you think about them lads have you tried them yet
