Ditching plants 4 months ago was probably the best thing I've ever done, I can't believe I was actually worried it might make me sick or constipated. I can't believe I used to think farting was normal LOL. Or that shitting twice a day was normal. Or feeling hungry an hour after eating.

My lifts are all up between 20-30% in these 4 months despite losing bodyfat (I've been lifting for more than a decade). It's been remarkable. All I've done is cut out all fruit, veg and grains, and massively upped my intake of organic animal foods. I eat a lot of fish, beef, grass fed cheese, free range eggs, bacon, butter etc.

Nope. Vegans are deficient in all the fat soluble vitamins and many minerals. Not just B12, they don't get any vitamin A, K2, D3, they're all low in iron, zinc, magnesium, copper etc. Even with supplementation they are still low that's the crazy part. Japan increased their B12 minimum requirement due to a study showing that people who supplemented B12 were still deficient and showed cognitive decline compared to people who eat a lot of meat.

More than half of the population can't convert carotenoids to vitamin A. Don't forget all those other animal vitamins like D3 and amino acids like creatine, which vegans supplement and by doing so are unconsciously agreeing that meat is superior and plants are deficient.

I eat more calories now than I did on a omnivorous diet, probably around 500cals more per day. To the point where it's difficult to gain weight. I've been actively trying to gain since august and despite my strength going up massively I've only gained 3lbs net, although accounting for fat loss would probably make this more like 6-7lbs.

I can go much longer without eating, 6 hours is no problem, and my meals are far more calorie dense. Before I'd avoid eating more than 600cals per meal or I'd get really bloated, now I regularly eat more than 1000.

I usually eat 3 or 4 meals a day, the biggest meal in the evening. Nothing crazy, no crazy fasting or meal timing just breakfast lunch dinner and I try to mix up the animal cuts I eat depending on what I get a good discount on.

That's nonsense. Do you have any idea how many millions of people around the world eat carnivore diets? For decades and centuries? 85% of vegans quit within the first year. Your post makes no sense. Carnivore diets are something that once people discover they rarely go back because so many health factors improve.

For me personally I never want to go back to farting and feeling bloated/tired after eating. It's just a shitty feeling.

I get whatever is in the liver I eat once a week, that's it. Vit C requirements are extremely low if you're not eating sugar. There's tons of information you can easily google to find out more about this. No one doing carnivore gets scurvy, it's a ridiculous misunderstanding of nutrition pushed by vegans. Scurvy is caused by a lack of fresh food which is why it's associated with sailors.

sv3rige has never been explicitly carnivore, he's always eaten fruit sometimes. You're quite uninformed and you're trying to create a narrative that people have some sort of craving for sugar, which is the opposite of the truth. The stable blood sugar levels and the loss of a "sweet tooth" for want of a better word makes sugar less desirable. I know when I used to diet normally I'd get cravings for baked stuff and chocolate oatmeal, I don't get cravings like that as a carnivore. When I feel hungry I want fat.

I tried it for ethical reasons then stuck with it for heath, ethical, environmental and economic reasons. I was vegan fro a hear and a half.

I tracked as much as I could. Made sure to get enough ELA, DHA protine calsium b12 and so on.

I gained some muscle but my strength plateaued after 3-4 months. I started at about 5-6 pull-ups and ended at 8. My stamina slowly got worse after the first 4 months.

For about 2months from august 2018 I ate mostly high quality animal flesh. I went from 8 pull-ups to 13. I can now do 16. But eat less meat now because I needed to save money.

I always see Ex-vegans being told they did it wrong, that they miss something.

Sear the outside on higher heat in cast iron. I usually use my gas grill's side burner flame thing to heat a cast iron past 500 degrees and do about a min, min and a half per side then turn off the burner and sear the edges.

I've been doing carnivore consistently for a year now and aside from a lot less bloating and an end to my digestive problems, which is fantastic, I don't notice too much of a difference physique and strength wise. When I try to increase calories I just gain fat.
