Does your hot water heater not really work or something?
Just kys
You act like that's a bad thing. Embrace the cold user
Cold showers are supposed to be good for you, teach you discipline, gives immunity boost and helps depression
i did it one winter. worth but hard. i should start again.
At least the Jews only had to take one...
I wish I looked like guts irl
>going to walk to the gym tomorrow morning since it's icepocalypse later that day
>30°F
We will make it, Oklahoma bros.

Oh honey no.
It's below zero here in the great state of Montana. Quit your bitching.
Kek
>tfw it's 35 C outside and I will get sunburned within 5 minutes of going for a jog
please tell me you know it's UV-A and UV-B rays that determine if you're going to get sunburned or not and not temperature?
its burger units
Why the fuck do you continue to live in Montana? I know it’s very scenic and the people are nice there but get the fuck out. I moved from Chicago to Miami and it’s 75 degrees today
Sydney Australia, comfy 35C today, very comfy and nice
I cant imagine living in a place that gets colder then 15C on the regular, that seems like hell
It's -5,7°F at work buddy
lol imagine leaving a state because it's a little cold
Please trade your warmth. Canada is the worst right now
Because it's gorgeous and cheap, and the people are nice. I lived in San Francisco my whole life until I moved here 4 years ago. The winters can be long but it's worth it.
Ya easier to get cold showers n vitamim d....werr nird cucks
Is it worth it to do a cold rinse after a hot shower?
Medfag here.
Everything but the immune system. Cold tanks your immune system. Do not have cold showers if you're fighting an infection or in a situation where you could get one easily (friends or family are sick)
If you don't believe me:

>"...evidence that exposure to cold temperatures suppresses the immune system, so the opportunities for infection increase."
Last paragraph.
idk man, I've used to get colds all the fucking time and had a chronic sore throat and prostatitis, but the cold showers cured all that shit. Maybe it didn't boost the immune system, I ain't no doctor, and you certainly shouldn't take one if you're sick already but it does help with chronic stuff.
Pure coincidence and/or placebo effect. Especially considering one of the treatments for prostatitis is hot baths.
yeah sure, me getting 1000% stronger corrections, curing a pretty strong depression and no more colds are a placebo/coincidence, sure. If you'd ever go for a dip in ice cold water after sitting in banya/sauna for 20 minutes you'd understand what I'm talking about.
You didn't mention depression before. Cold showers could help with that. Improved mood increases immune response, which clears out infections. Improved mood is also linked to reduced inflammation. A sauna is similar to a hot bath. I'm assuming you don't go straight from the sauna to the cold bath every time.
I literally jump into the cold water right after the sauna m8. Pouring cold water from a bucket works too, and doing it while you're still hot is the whole point. Shit feels almost on par with really good sex, I'm not kidding right now. Obviously gotta check your heart first before you do any of that shit. Regarding the depression: I used to be pretty fucking sickly in my late teens when I wasn't depressed at all, so idk. Anyway cold exposure is extremely underrated, at least for those of us living in cold countries, guys living on a beach are probably cool without it.
I'm just gonna lay back on my original statement which is it tanks your immune system. If your chronic conditions were caused by an autoimmune disease then all is explained. See a doctor before you stop treating yourself.
go back
>take cold shower when it's cold out
>have warm gf to warm me up when I get out
Just kidding lmao I have no gf
