salmon is seriously bad for you, if it's farmed it's full of heavy metals and pesticides for killing mites and even wild salmon can have unusually high levels of heavy metals from alluvial sources.
I didn't get ti have breakfast because I got up late and was late to work. Now im sneaking back home and letting the clock run out and eat me mateys. IM GOING TO FEAST ON SOMETHING SUPER! If you dont hear from me again, it might be that I ate so much that I died.
where the fuck are you getting ur carbs? or are u just fat fucks trying to lose weight
What's the best brand of Greek Yoghurt and what can I add to it. Would berries be alright? I'm on a cut but I would like to add incorporate it into my diet, like a post-workout snack or something.
mercury is bad that is true, but tuna is way worse.
Salmon is relatively small so the amount of metals is not so concentrated.
There is no better fish alternative.
And its still way better than any chicken you buy in a supermarket even with metals.
> he needs carbs
>There is no better fish alternative.
If only mackerel existed, we could eat fish everyday, getting dem w3s without caring about heavy metals.
>all these anti nootrients
what's the benefit of eating a strictly carnivore diet instead of just eating whole foods? genuine question, i need to create a diet plan before I get back into lifting

Lads, a girl at work legit came in with pocket eggs. Couldn’t stop laughing. A senior colleague came in and asked if the drains were blocked because it smelled bad. Was vaguely surreal seeing a woman being the one dropping fitness related spaghetti.
>It’s a convenient, tasty snack! I just like eggs!
>It’s wrapped in tissue because it was still hot when I left!
Thankfully, she can actually handle banter, so it was a good time for all.
you do realize mackerel does not have as good protein and fats as salmon, right?
after watching some jason blahino videos i have decided that i will just eat normal whole foods
