If you are 6 feet, try half squats, rack pulls slightly below the knee and bench a few inches of your chest and down, this is the full range of motion for a 5'0-5'5 guy, one of the reasons why AlphaDestiny could squat 5 pl8s after a year meanwhile guys with longer leverages need to train 4 years for that.

the strongest men are 6'2"+ but that's only due to the copious amount of roiding they get to achieve this level (essentially getting so big that they achieve large scale manlet proportions)
And your comparisons for 6' are accurate too - something even more accurate is that as a 6'6" guy, to replicate manlet ROM you need to do 3" ROM bench, above the knee rack pulls and 1/4-1/8 squats to replicate manlet ROM. That's also a reason why bodyweight ratios are a cope. If anything, there should be leverage ratios to measure the work produced, which is actual strength
