Cardio won't help deliver a j00cy, shredded physique bruh

>cardio day
What the fuck user?

Do it post workout. That way your lifts don’t suffer and since you’re already worked you’re more likely to access fat stores for energy

>not dedicating rest day to cardio

Never gonna make it

>cardio

19km long runs aren't rest

tfw can only run .75km before being too winded to keep going

they are if you aren’t a little bitch boy

I enjoy playing sports for cadio. Doing it before or after is completely out of the question because I go hard and it’s too much strain on my body, so I do it on my days off. But, I don’t do it every day off. Only once or twice a week max. You need to rest your body.

There's data that says after workout is best. But do your own research to confirm

I do cardio everyday. 30 mins on the elliptical after every workout and 45 minutes of incline walking on rest days. I’m trying to lose weight as fast as possible while maintaining my muscle mass so this might not be the best for everyone. Cardio everyday is retarded.

I do 2x10 slam ball slams (55lb) to warm up before my main workout if you can call that cardio.

>I do cardio every day
>cardio every day is retarded
So what does that make you?

A genius?

Pretty sure I'm more of a distance runner at this point than a lifter.

>not going 21.1
are you even trying user?

Retarded. I hate it because it’s boring as fuck but I know I have to do it.

I give it its own day. Better than never

It's too much strain on my body and brain to do it after I lift weights. All I do is stress myself out. I just get so tired after I deadlift/squat.

this
>Do it post workout. That way your lifts don’t suffer
yep, a lot of credible people say this
>and since you’re already worked you’re more likely to access fat stores for energy
this sounds correct but personally i haven't heard it before. it makes sense though

If you're not so sore from your workouts that you can't do cardio then you're doing something wrong.

>doing cardio

This comic would be a lot better without the unecessary last 2 panels.
