Scalp massages with a DHT blocking shampoo seems like it would have good results to at least halt hair loss and make the hair you have thicker. It's not a magic pill to cure it, but will help enough

If you're balding and have shitty, dry and acne prone skin you probably have low stomach acid. Start drinking some tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before large meals. Without stomach acid, your shit is literally lingering in your stomach instead of being properly digested. You aren't getting the nutrients your body needs and you are aging prematurely because of it.
Look into supplementing with Diindolylmethane (DIM). It lowers DHT in the body, as well as balances your hormones (less estrogen more test for men). It's mainly marketed to menopausal women because they need to balance their hormones to do the opposite.
Probably thinning because a receding hairline isn't bad until it gets really pronounced

if you're going bald and still using shampoo, you're a dummy. Shampoo in general accelerates hair loss. It also fucks up your hair texture in a way that makes it harder to cope with thinner hair. Nopoo is much better for coping with hairloss than ketoconazole shampoo. My hair legit looks twice as thick after two years on no poo, and I've lost a lot of hair. I'm almost bald, but somehow nobody seems to notice.

going bald for most people is most likely caused by genetics, as in your hair follicles are sensitive to dihydrotestosterone.. i don't think shampoo will make a huge difference for people with these genetics.

baking soda once a month, condition with apple cider vinegar. My hair is silky smooth for at least a week after baking soda/vinegar. Also, get your hair trimmed a little bit once a month. I've been on nopoo for like 4 years now though, so the sebum overproduction phase is long gone for me.

I use a generic Head and Shoulders (pyrithione zinc) everyday and Nizoral (ketoconazole) twice a week. Then I spray some 5% minoxidil on my head after I shower.
It’s completely stopped my hair loss and after about a year of this hair routine I can see a few sprouts where my hair has receded. Using ketoconazole shampoo works but if you use it more than a couple times a week it makes your hair look and feel really greasy. It’s weird.

i had hyperthyroidism, my tsh levels were nonexistent. i was losing my hair like crazy at the age of 17-18 and felt tired all the time. i went to a Nw2 on my right side and a nw1.5 on my left. once i fixed my thyroid issue, my hair literally stopped falling out. i'm 21 now and it looks the same as it did when i was 18. none grew back so i will have to look into a hair transplant but i doubt any surgeons would do an operation on a 21 year old so i might have to fly to south korea or turkey lol

Finasteride (Proscar)+minoxidil (Rogaine) are your best bets, they're almost certainly going to stop you losing more hair and if you're lucky you'll even grow some hair back. Finasteride is a pill that you need a prescription for, minoxidil you can just go buy. But just so you're aware, fin has a very rare but seriously damaging side effect of basically killing your dick while you're on it (I think it's like 1 in 10,000). If you're willing to take that risk then go for it. If not, then just use minoxidil, which afaik has 0 negative side effects since it's basically just liquid/foam you rub on your scalp.
I started going bald at 19, bought minoxidil at 20, started taking finasteride at 21, and that seems to have stopped the process for the time being. But IMO, and this is more anecdotal (from reading stories of other users online), at the end of the day this is only delaying the inevitable. If you start losing hair at 19, no matter what treatments you use you're probably going to be bald by your late 30s unless you go the hair transplant route. But being bald at that age doesn't really make you stand out so it's not a huge deal.

PRP injections are worth a shot before resorting to a hair transplant, some guys have really great results from them and it can give you a good 4-5 more years of natural looking hair if it works out.

vitamins A, C, D and E, zinc, B vitamins, iron, biotin, protein all can impact your hair if you are lacking in them. So yeah a balanced diet can impact it a bit. Not sure if just eating better would suddenly stop or reverse all effects however.
