no cardio ever I hate it, just lifting I eat lots of meats with either asparagus or brussel sprouts, lately its been chicken and brussel sprouts. After that, its a lot of frozen fruit with greek yogurt and a couple of quest bars before bed. I like having big meals so I fast until 4-6pm every day and eat my 2500cals in the span of 2ish hours

I actually appreciate the questions if anything don't worry c: Been lifting for 4 years, started off as a chunky high school kid at 17. I try to go about my lifts somewhat reasonably in that I understand muscle groups need at least a bit of rest, so yeah I'll alternate push/pull movements, e.g. bench every other day. Usually, I'll start with a compound for 30+ total reps, but the split will be different depending on how heavy I wanna go. For example, if I'm at 95% of my 1rm, I'll do 10x3. If I'm doing 70%, I'll do 3x10 and so on for every other weight. After the compound lift, I'll go do isolations for high reps and lots of sets, usually 5x10-20, making sure to do hanging leg raises every day. The most concentrated carb source I have is sweet potato which I like boiling until theyre basically mush, freezing them, then eating them with yogurt and cinnamon for dessert before bed along with almond milk, a scoop of casein, frozen strawberries, and guavas all in one big ass bowl before bed
