My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex 2 days after her menstruation ended.
my girlfriend assured me that 2 days after her last menstruation/bleeding was safe so we should be fine but I was still worried as hell. so i had her do Yuzpe as Emergency Contraception.
She took 4 trust pills (which is basically a local variant of nordette, it's the same thing) twenty four hours after the sex, and another 4 hours twelve hours after the 1st dose. She experienced brown stains and sore breasts 4 days after the 2nd dose. However, it has been 10 days since the second dose but she still hasn't started her withdrawal bleeding. We took PT and she turned out negative but the the fact that the withdrawal bleeding still hasn't occurred is bugging us the hell up.
Summary Nov 25 - Last day of her bleeding/menstruation Nov 27, 5pm - Unprotected sex Nov 28, 1pm - 1st dose of 4 pills Nov 29, 1am - 2nd dose Dec 2 - Sore breasts and brown stains Dec 5 - Brown stains again Dec 8 - Took the PT and she turned out negative Present- withdrawal bleeding still hasn't occurred and she hasn't felt a thing since Dec 5.
my questions are
1) She used to take mood stabilizer drugs for her bipolar disorder but stopped 2 days before we had sex. Could her intake of those drugs have affected the effectiveness of pills in any ways? 2) I fingered her (no homerun) 7 days after she took the second dose, will that have some kind of effect? 3) Can the intake of the pills in some circumstances increase the odds of pregnancy rather than decreasing it? 4) based on all of this, what are the odds of her getting pregnant?

I have no clue about the pills, but 2 days after the end of her period could be possible for pregnancy - if she has long periods and a short cycle. If she is pregnant, you will not get a positive pregnancy test until at the earliest 4 weeks after the start of her last period.
If you are going to go blowing your load unprotected, I suggest you learn about women's cycles so you do not get any surprises.

Regarding your gf, if she is on birth control and started her next pill pack regularly and didn't miss any pills, there is no way that her ovulation cycle started.
Pills prevent ovules / eggs from forming in the ovaries and their further expulsion to the uterus, where they would meet with the sperm.
1) Mood stabilizers don't really intervene with pills. If she takes combination pills (the ones with two hormones instead of one) it's very unlikely that their efficacy decreased.
2) Why would fingers that have no trace of semen leave someone pregnant? Literally impossible.
3) There is no way that the intake of pills will increase the formation of a cell
4) Very low, you're freaking the fuck out. You are also probably freaking her the fuck out, and stressful situations can increase certain hormones that make the body act stressful as fuck, that includes the delay of her menstrual cycle.
