Pretty much the only shit I buy is milk for proton shakes, spinach and juice for post workout smoothies, and breakfast burritos because I workout first thing when I wakeup and can't be fucked to go to the dining facility and get food.

I doubt with your lifestyle you even need to worry about the macros and nutrients in your food. They'd be providing enough for you to gain and stay fit.

Think lots of carbs and protein in an all-you-can-eat fashion. And taco Tuesday. This is in garrison of course, in the field, it’s essentially regular food still, but deoxygenated and with a lot of preservatives; drinks and some desserts come in powder form. If field mess is out there with us though, expect eggs, rice, and leftover steak every fucking day until you like it.

I’m not that dude though, so his branch might do it differently.
