How does one develop the discipline and habit to workout at home?

When I first started in the gym my bench actually exceeded my other two lifts by about 15kg so I'm working on those ratios man. It's all for show anyway. I have a physical job, so as far as practical strength, I've already exceeded anything I would need in a realistic scenario. You would almost never have to lift more than 50kg unassisted.

Realized I didn't add a non-fitness goal. I'm currently on track to achieve most of my goals. So I guess maybe less drug use, and just to stay on track.

Make your own place in the house. Like set asside 1 room. Dedicate that place for lifting and exercises and meditation. Pick a time and do it exactly at that time every day unless there is an emergency. Buy some gym equipment every so often. Like dumbbells and the shit. Can probably buy a cheap bench and a bar and rack online for cheap and slowly build your own home gym. It will probably be cheaper in the long run in comparison to buying gym memberships. If your going to rather expensive gyms and not the 20/30$ a month ones.

I used to walk at night all the time at my old house and I lost 28 pounds that way but but I gained it back after some shit went down in my life. Now I dunno what to do to get losing again. all I really want to do is walk around I don't want to go to a gym.
