Some of the characters being womanizers you can explain the purpose of with a redemption arc though. Or at least Theon. Theon's plot was particularly enjoyable to me but normalfag viewers hate him, but they've never read the books. He starts out as a womanizing, spoiled brat but because of being tortured by the Boltons, he ends up seeing the error in his ways as sometimes it takes such awful experiences to change you.
