6'2 lanklet here. Currently 180lbs with approx 16% bodyfat

I want to hit 200lbs by June. Then maybe do my first ever cut down to around 190. I have no idea if this is possible or how it will look, I have lanklet genetics and don't gain muscle very well.

im 5 foot 7 and 175lbs, id like to cut to 160.. still making gains while maintaining body weight at this point

I already hit 1/2/3/4 for 7/6/5/- so I figured maxing 2/3/4/5 within 12.5 months wouldn’t be too far fetched

How long did it take you to get there? From where? Because it's going to take twice as long to make that much progress again.

Been lifting for 7 years, only seriously for 3, with a 6 month stretch last winter/spring I barely lifted at all. So I can’t give a great timeline as to how long it took me due to the inconsistencies.

Indeed well I Read starting strength before I started lifting and it took me a full year to hit 1/2/3/4 with minimal setbacks and inconsistencies. I doubt I could stack 90 lbs onto every lift again in another year.

If he’s saying he already hit for reps and wants to make them for a 1 RM that’s possible. Rip claims people can go from 3 to 4 on squat in a year with Texas method...

Gotcha well I was a fat kid, so I grew up with decent strength. Hit 2 pl8 bench at 14 and 3 pl8 squat at 15. But I wasn’t smart or consistent so I never maximized strength gains over the years (I’m 20 now). According to the calculators (I don’t trust them 100% bu they’re ok to go off of) I only have 40 or so lbs from my current calculated maxes to 2/3/4/5 (I haven’t deadlifted heavy enough to get a good estimate for a calculator) currently calculated maxes are 167 lbs/280/354/ for OHP/Bench/Squat (so

1 rep maxes: 360 Squat 315 bench 485 DL. Around 205 bodyweight
