Inversion Therapy

Who here has taken the /inversion therapy/ pill?

Decompresses spine, fixes posture, fixes back problems, clears lymph nodes, shaolin monks also do hanging upside down meditation. You can also do alot of inverted sit ups for a super strong core.

You can get the same effect hanging from a pullup bar without buying a 500USD adult foreveralone seesaw

My parents have one of these in their home gym and I’m tempted to use it when I’m back from uni. I’ll give it a shot

my cousin fell asleep on one then flipped back up and died from the toxins rushing to his brain

>toxins
nani?

My dads coworker has one
Red pill me on them

They work great Ive slowly straightened out my spine.I had slight lumbar scoliosis and ever since doing this 5x a week for 30 min when they checked spine again it was alot better.I also had tight hip flexors and hanging lengthened them so now no more pain

It's not the same.

Sounds like cope to me

>Hanging from your feet is The same as hanging from your arms

.. or it could be someone who is not an idiot, and familiar with human anatomy, and gravity. It doesn't take a genius to see that reversing the gravitates directional pull on your body has an obvious difference between gravitates normal pull on your body.

I have one I went from 5’7” to 6’1” it really really works

I mean it's literally not the same thing lol

What is the "cope" here , even hypothetically? Stop throwing this around like a buzzword you dumb fucking normie, you clearly have no clue how to use it in the proper context.

What are the chances I go from 6'2 to 6'4 using this guy?

100%

neck spine decompression

The only difference is cervical spine decompression and there are exercises to decompress the cervical spine without hanging upside down. He was correct in that these tables are largely a scam unless there is a medical need to increase blood flow to the brain..

“Cope” is practically the definition of a buzzword

Shilling hard today I see.. get gravity boots then.. cheaper. Hanging upside down is beneficial for the body.

Dont worry about it though, stay a hunched over worker bee with bad posture.
