Just based off of how calories work, exercise is a meme. In order to gain 600 calories all you need to do is eat a single doughnut. That takes like 1 minute. Inversely if you want to burn 600 calories you have to go on a 3hr jog. The solution? Don't eat the fucking doughnut.

Being fit is 40% diet, 40% exercise, 10% sleep and 10% genetics. If the person is genetically gifted or on roids ( which since they’re a health concern may be considered unfit but whatever) the genetics can go up to 20% or even 30% and take from the other primary control factors
