You don’t need vegetables with every meal... plus fiberious vegetables make me turn into a salad shooter if you know what i mean.

Where do I byu chicken corters?

You get them in the frozen food section of the grocery store or near the whole chickens. They usually run .38 - .99 a lb in 10 lb bags.

National average for quarters are $0.98/lb

I'm eating the same amount of calories with 1.5lb of food. Hit Satiety, player.

is this a cutting lunch?

I remember when I first started working out, I didn't manage to eat enough so I had to add an extra meal for a total of five meals a day. For the new meal I usually had rice and chicken, and usually some sauce like sweet and sour sauce or onions sauce.

missing out user, if u save the bones you can boil them and make a bone broth

Take it off the bone then
Or just get boneless chicken breast

Is it that bones just freak you out or what

THE RICE WOULD BE CHEAPER IF YOU BOUGHT IT IN BULK.

THOSE ARE SOME CHEAPASS CHICKEN QUARTERS, I'M MIRIN

>tfw canadian
>chicken is practically a dollar per thigh

looks like its probably 500 kcal, not worth eating

the leg and thigh are 500kcal.

Try 80g Protein, 46g carbs 740 calories...

I don't actually, bad shits?

>80gr protein
No

I thought Chad only ate pizza and drank beer though?

HAHAHAHA

constipation gains

How are you getting 80g of protein out of that ?
The leg and thigh got like 20-30 grams of protein and the rice is another 15-20

Okay child.

The bones have to be raw, or else you're better off nuking them in the oven to make a gravy.

>Lunch
>below 800 kcal
Are you an anorexic child?
