dark red kidney beans are like 80 cents per can and have brotons and iron. Potatoes are also really cheap and so is rice. As for fats, extra virgin olive oil and maybe some cans of sardines for omega 3s and zinc as well as calcium gains from the bones

Milk nigga

I'm disgusted by sardines, but I'm loving tuna.

>hating deenz
neva gona meyk eet

tuna is pretty tasty especially if you mix it up with mayo and some chili sauce.

>mayo
Fuck off fat fuck

>tfw tuna with mayo, mustard, salt & pepper on rye bread crackers for that low carb to offset the mayo
feels good man

calorically-dense foods that are cheap

>peanut butter
>oat meal
>nuts
>hamburger
>olive oil

literally just add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and some olive oil to your shakes

It's ok if you don't like sardines. You can still get omega 3 if you buy omega 3/organic eggs. Usually organic is an overpriced meme but where I live omega 3 eggs are cheaper than canned sardines and nearly the exact same price as regular eggs

you can get low fat and low cal mayo and I'm a skeleton right now. 5 ft, 11 inches @68kg and 9-10BF% so pls dont call me fat :(

so... eggs?

eggs, beans, olive oil and rice will meet all your macro goals. They're all pretty micro nutrient rich with exception of the rice ( assuming white rice cause it's the cheapest)

you can also add spinach into the eggs for k2 and fibre gains. Frozen spinach is dirt cheap too

fatty

yeah but you don't organic or some special type just eat eggs

>fat makes you fat meme

Natural peanut butter on some higher protein bread makes a filling, high-calorie high-protein meal (and of course you can add jam or raisins or honey or banana or whatever if you are not one of those people that think sugar is gonna kill you). Best of all this sandwich makes you want to do nothing more than wash it down with lots of milk which is also high protein and relatively cheap.

stop it user, please :(

Be nice user.

Don't listen to him mayoanon.

oats aren't a meme

as a poor uni student my current strat is chicken breast and rice with whatever frozen veggies I can get my hands on. Can get it all dirt cheap at costco and seems to be working at least ok. Also buy everything at bulk stores like costco/ sam's club and freeze it if you can, has saved me so much money this semester. Oh and milk as people have said, never forget milk.

Peas Pudding

How do you incorporate olive oil into the meal besides just cooking in it? Does it make that much of a difference compared to, say, butter?

OP IS TOO POOR FOR MAYO AND CHILI SAUCE YOU INSENSITIVE PRICK

milk is cheap you can get a lot raw milk

edamame, nuts, seeds, eggs, ground beef, chicken, beans, lentils, peanut butter, rice, cheese.
