Direct training of abs is a meme and a waste of time. Yo uget big strong lean abs from compound movements without a belt. Deadlifts and front squats is all you need for abs

for your inner abs which give you good posture and make the abs pop you need to learn to properly brace and vacuums, it fixes APT too.
for the rectus abdominis do dragon flags, leg raises or ab wheel, keep in mind we use the abs to stabilize almost every movement we do, you can't really make em grow that much that's why people say is mostly genetics, you can still make em pop in other ways though. Bodybuilders swear by the vacuums, look some videos up trust me, is worth it.
