When I saw a friend a few years after high school and he said I was looking kinda chunky

July 12th, 2016.

When I was in college and got positively disgusted at looking in the mirror and seeing a pathetic, weak lanklet. Gained 15 pounds, and maxed my fitness test and had numerous girls ask if they could lick my abs. Had one actually try to wrestle my shirt off so she could try.
We’re all gonna make it, brahs.
I’ve fallen from grace, but I’m coming back.

When I looked in the mirror, saw my fatass, got on a scale, felt immense shame. Got a gym membership that day thinking I'd do cardio, then saw the Dorian Yates episode of the JRE. Changed my life.

March 4th 2017
I was 123lbs at 5'11.5

This is the only recent pic I have that's in a similar angle
I've neglected my arms and pressing in general.
Focused more on my back and legs
I've gained 70+ pounds tho

About three or so years ago. Got bored one day and decided to fuck around with the barbell in my basement, realized how disgustingly weak I was from laziness and decided to fix it.

so the next generation in my family isnt a bunch of weak fucks like everyone else in it

Doomsday

first child. didn't want to be a sack of shit.

Spring 2012

Was in 2nd year Uni, super stressed, burned out, starting to develop significant anxiety. Finally said fuck it, stopped studying, started lifting. Funny thing, grades didn't change but I felt a million times better. Once the semester ended I researched diet hard and totally changed what I eat too. Made lifting a higher priority than studying for the rest of Uni and graduated no problem. Would highly recommend this approach to anyone with similar struggles.

I was a turbo lanklet and now I'm about 40 lbs heavier, which still doesn't look big for my height but at least it's something. My gains have slowed but I'm still creeping up.

Marine Corps. Need to be a better man so my brothers in arms don't die, and so I can kill anyone that threatens my wife.

This man has taste and class

Started in High school, 10th grade to be exact. Wanted to get stronger shoulders and legs for swim team. Liked it so I stuck with it long after I graduated and stopped swimming competitively.

Days after she told me that I am too short. I think I gained an inch or two, thanks to lifting and proper posture. Can't wait to heightmog that cunt
