I’m currently on L-Theanine, Ashagandwha, multivitamins, fish oil, zinc, creatine and the odd spot of phenibut, r8 my stack

anyways, anyone tried DAA? does that shit actually do something? some say it boosts test for like a couple of weeks until you build a tolerance or some shit

You do build a tolerance to it, and I don't think it boosted test but it gave me the mentality of a roided out monster so it might as well have

it gave me consistent morning wood, and it made my balls hurt slightly. blood test showed increased LH and test.
but I stopped because it's not a good idea to raise LH that much, and aspartic acid has neurological effects too.

a safer alternative is taurine, which works as an antioxidant in the balls, allowing for more test synthesis if oxidation is a bottleneck.
it also has neurological effects, but those are beneficial.

next I'll try acetylcysteine, which hopefully increases endogenous synthesis of glutathione.

it's not a good idea to supplement vitamin A (cod liver oil)

if you take calcium and D3, you also need to take magnesium and K2.

Protein vs BCAAs vs both?
Looking for something I can add to ~1 L milk to drink before/during/after workouts for energy, protein, maximizing strength/muscle gainz.

BCAAs are protein ya dum dum. Found in pretty much any high quality brotein

BCAAs are good for neurological disorders and fasting/cutting.

I wouldn't take substances that aren't naturally found in food.

I know I'm wondering if there's any reason to take BCAAs instead of protein or any benefit to adding BCAAs to protein.
I'm trying to cut fat while building strength. So not cutting but kinda cutting. So far I've managed to noob gainz my squat +105lb while losing 2lb bodyweight in the past ~3 months. Want to start cutting fat harder and wondering if supplementing protein/BCAAs/both will help because I eat OMAD and getting enough food in one meal can be a chore

consider 2MAD a few hours inbetween.
