I was completely Chad for my entire life until I had a kid and got comfortable/fat. I spent five years blowing up. This before picture is only about 2 years in when I was 215-220lbs roughly (originally 170lbs). I got up to 250lbs but I avoided cameras like the plague and was absolutely embarrassed of myself so I don’t even have any real “before” pics. On the right, I’m 202lbs at 5’11” and my waist is down to the same size that it was in high school at 170lbs. I kept a strict diet, lifting regiment and cardio regiment for 1.5 years to lose the fat and build muscle/endurance. My max bench went from 185lbs to 345lbs and I went from running 0.5 miles in five minutes and being wasted to being able to run four miles in 28 minutes and having the ability to continue on.
The better before/after motivation would be that of my old 30yo cheating baby-mama’s 36B titties compared to my new 20yo gf’s firm 32Ds.
