What app do you guys use to control your progression? I am looking for an app where I can set, for example, how much I am deadlifting and how much I desire to progress/ time (e.g, 1kg/week).

I use Sheets saved to google drive, can easily update at home on pc and track progress on phone in the gym

gymbook, its good but the awesome stuff is locked for not paying customers
it keeps track of your lifts and weights on specific training days
gives you a heatmap for training days, ie shows all involved muscles
calculates your volume statistics for lifts or total for training days
does however not increase your weight for the next training day automatically if you didnt pay, thats a bit annoying
still the best app that i found to date, other than that i use pen and paper
