How long do you spend in the gym?

5x 1h30min, 15 min ab work on my 2 off days

I have a home-gym

2hrs+ after shower sometimes 3x a week. Gonna start PPLPPLx next year so I want to try to trim it down to 1.25hrs. I gotta take shorter rests.

Shower HJs and RJs w the boys for 2 hours
Shower wrestling match for last 30 mins
Talk about how much we Bench 20 min
Social media 1 hour
Drive to class

Home gym master race checking in. Usually 1-1.5hr with rowing/strength/bodyweight then outside for rucking with various weights. Last ruck was 3.1mi with 66# dry weight in 42mins. Military style FTW.

Too much, but lifting is my main hobby and I'm a loner with no social life so.

2 hours because almost all my lifts are compounds.

1.5-2.5 hours. Depends on who's there and if I get stuck talking to them or how busy the gym is.
