Due to the USPS mailman demands I'm forced to wake up at 4:30 am and get lifting out of the way before work. I go to bed by 8:30-9 I usually fall asleep in 15 minutes. My sleep is the best it's ever been.
I used to wake up at 6:30 and sleep by 10.

Not really, just started having problems falling asleep one day and developed a lot of bad habits that made it even worse.
Your schedule seems ok, if you got anything you suspect of being the problem try to avoid it.

On the positive side I had to start going to bed at 8:30 pm so I could fall asleep by the time she started her tv and phone time which was around 11 pm. Now I wake up at 5:30 am and have the gym all to myself, it’s pretty based
Are you eating low carb by any chance? The slow release energy of protein and fats have been shown to delay sleep onset. Allow yourself about 100-200g of carbs and eat them all around 4 hours before bed. The crash will make you sleep like a baby.
Try 400mg magnesium with your last meal. 1mg melatonin right before bed. No screen 1 hour before bed.

If you live in a cold country, get a thicker and heavier bed blanket, something that weighs you down so much that you don't feel like moving around, and turn down the heat in your room. Way comfier.

This has been happening to me for years. No matter what time of the day I go to sleep, I'll sleep about 4-5 hours and then randomly wake up. Then I spend the next 30 minutes trying to fall back asleep because it's 4am.
