Not bad for a teenaged girl's first time in the gym

I envy you, one day I'll get to where you are and know this feel.

Nice
I benched 67.5kg :3
Gonna try 70kg on Sunday

What's that in first-world measurements?

Do first-worlders not know how to do basic calculations?

Going for 100kg next time lad? I reckon you can do it.

Nice bait

I was able to do 2pl8 for one rep when I could do 90kg for 5 reps.

Just went to the gym to do bench, coudn't do more than 2 reps at my normal 5x5 working weight. What the fuck why, tried to concentrate on good form etc. now my biceps and elbows hurt

I am now but still feel pressing pain inwards and still haven't been able to do same amount of reps. Max 4 now before I tire out. Unfortunately also getting some distal bicep pain. Decided to take a week off from workout to see if all of this pain goes away before I go for the 7 reps again.

Nice.

I just got 90x6 yesterday. Feelsgoodman.jpg

How can imperials ever recover?

based

If after 3 months of lifting I do 50kg, how much time is it gonna take me to get to 100?

Hard to say. Depends how much effort you put in, how much you sleep and eat etc. Could take less than a year, could take 2 or more.

Same. How long or whats a good goal time wise to reach 100 kg you think? Lean bulking. 2 months?

>his bar only weights 10kg

Are you using the ladies bar?

I figure if it takes 3 attempts at each increment then 6 weeks would be enough with me benching twice a week

Are you one of these ?

gz at 100kg

Oh 3 attempts at adding weight that makes sense. Thats a good aim. I should keep that in mind more cause i feel like i sometimes just go too slow and not push myself hard enough progressing. And not really go to failure. Atleast it's been that for bench press, been focussing more on adding squat leading to less focus on other lifts.

95 kilograms

My browser converts it for me, your doesn't?
