Bench 90kg 3*5 (took weight off from cause couldnt get 3*5 with 95kg)
Wide grip DL 105kg 1*5 (tried 100kg with normal and barely got 1)
Barbell row 35kg 3*10 but my upper back was aching from dl

There's a huge forum thread about Alex. Long story short, his claims are dubious to say the least. He also might be a compulsive liar. Claiming a 410 mile with a detached hamstring after some 700 lb deadlifts seems like a bit of a stretch.

I agree about the macaroni but that's bbq sauce, baked beans are traditional and tasty, and white bread is actually nice with bbq. When I make curry I like using cheap soft white bread to mop up the sauce when I have the leftovers.

I've found a lot of Americans can't into mac n cheese, simple things like a white sauce, breadcrumb topping, and appropriate amounts of cheese (instead of retard amounts) are beyond most of them and they just drop in a pound of pre-shredded kraft cheddar

This is a hobby in which you will get stronger overtime, so most persistent will become strongest overtime. Plus people who tend to progress slower stay for longer for obvious reasons (natty)
