If OP is starting at 132lbs? I'm skeptical about that. If OP is a manlet and has prior experience, he could probably 1RM 1/2/3/4 in 6 months with shit form and wreck his shit. I don't really consider that an accomplishment; you're better off taking the time to do it correctly and make 1/2/3/4 a milestone rather than an endgame.

If you're doing things right and consistent I think that 25lbs of muscle is not too unreasonable to be able to lift that much.

That'd be about 2lbs per week for bench, or 5lbs per week for deadlift. Both of those are pretty achievable, but progress will inevitably slow eventually.

I'm also in the same boat, gain some weight man, go on a steady bulk and follow 5x5 with accessories for 2 years consistent and you'll be close

I started out at 57kg at 5 foot 8, proper junkie hooked on junk and drugs, quit cold turkey and started eating right and lifting, don't follow meme bodybuilding routines, just lift heavy and add weight with every other workout until you plateau, God speed brother.

Depends on your height and how underweight you are. I started at 50kilos and was classed at borderline underweight (just had an operation). Took me a year to reach 62kilos bodyweight and by that point I was benching around 60kg. From there it has taken me another year and im at 1234 weighing 75kg. So 2 years for me but I couldnt do main lifts due to surgery at the start. I reckon you could most likely do it in a year.

Also, will say that you shouldnt go full retard slow bulk or full retard dirty bulk. Have a few cheat meals now and then and keep chugging those shakes. Dirty bulking 4k+ calories will make you fat even if you are skelly atm. Use a calorie calculator to determine your daily calories for the bulk.

I've been working out for three months and I'm 0,75/1/2/3, still got a bit of my noobie gains left but I don't really see how I can manage it in ten months. If you eat big (real meals with good macros-high protein) and do cardio, increasing both slowly while doing SS or SL or anything similar, you should be able to get there in a year with proper sleep, hydration, and body maintenance.
