I never had tits even at my fattest. Instead it's all in my gut (visceral fat) and choking off my organs, slowly killing me

I want to lose another 20lbs (to 6'2" 169) of fat but my dietician (the one with a degree) keeps trying to talk me out of it. She actually wants me to gain weight.

I have a problem with overeating, moreso grazing than binging. I've done it since I was a kid and was doing 2 or 3 GOMAD and a JOPBAD (then eating dinner), so it's not related to my recent weight loss.

I was hoping she might be able to help me but instead she just wants me to stop losing weight and gain weight back.

i mean you could definitely bulk if you wanted to youd just be pretty chubby by the end of it and you’d have even more fat to lose than you do now

Get down to 78kg and see if that works for you

your goal should be gaining muscle mass, either cut for another month then start slow bulk and muscle gain, or just start working out instantly and slowly bulk and cut later

You need to actually lift weights

Don't eat less, you'll end up skinnyfat. Instead work chest, shoulders and back more.
