Creatine is supposed to be taken daily, are you gonna use your preworkout every single day? Even on off days? Creatine doesn't have any acute effects like preworkout, it's meant to be taken 5g a day for it to be effective, whether you're training on that day or not.

Just make your own gaylords, it's so much cheaper anyway

Preworkout is literally just teeny tiny amino acids, creatine, vitamin B, and some jazz like Guarana/Ginseng extract + obligatory 200g caffeine because fuck you - right?

0.7g of carnitine (or whatever serving is recc'd on the form of carnitine you have)
0.4g Tyrosine (see right above)
3-5g creatine

Creatine is not a preworkout. You should take 5g daily whether you workout that day or not. It also doesn't matter at what time you take it, it won't immediately affect your workout like caffeine, beta-alanine and citrulline will

Haven't heard of this but I don't take beta-alanine throughout the whole year anyways. I feel like you get dependent on pwo at some point. I have also read that you don't get much benefit from beta-alanine specifically after around 50 days, don't remember the exact reason for that though.

I personally don't take BCAAs. If you drink protein shakes and eat remotely healthy you will get enough BCAAs. Maybe look into it if you do intermittent fasting because it supposedly doesn't break your fast...
