They are not found in a vegan diet. Not in any good amounts that are bioavailible to the human body.

Don't just link me a nutrition label. Vegan nutrition labels say they have Vitamin A when that is clearly false. No plant food has vitamin A. They have pro-vitamin A in the form of beta carotene. Animal foods have vitamin A in the form of retinal acid, the real vitamin A.

Also 50% of the population cannot convert pro-vitamin A into vitamin A. Yet plant foods continue to label it as having vitamin A.

Don't show me a picture of a nutrition label. Look into the studies and bioavailbility of all those nutrients yourself.
