Whatever you're doing to only get 5hr sleep, cut it out. Vidya, caffeine, addictions, whatever. You won't make it without a healthy 7 at least, and I'm assuming you're male so I'd hit 8-9 a night.
And as long as you hit your macros + calories and aren't an idiot about it 2mad is great, skip dinner for cutting or skip breakfast for bulking periods. Work it around your exercise schedule accordingly and probably stay away from going heavy carb unless you know you can get away with it.
