You guys seem to be hyper aware of hairline. I always assumed if i start balding, just do a Joe Rogan and go cueball. Do you guys think it works? Only on certain people?
Surely it's better than a shitty comb-over or fucking with a transplant.
Just shave it?
do people actually find joe rogan funny?
It's not about looking good. It's about deciding whether you look worse as thinning or bald. Buzz cut with male pattern baldness is fine since its so common now.
I tried watching one of his shitty netflix shows and it was awful - literally just DUDE XD I'M SO HIGH RIGHT NOW - WEED IS AWESOME. I was literally high as fuck when I watched it as well and only laughed because of how shit and one dimensional he was
This guy seems like he is OBSESSED with iconism.
*AHEM*
J-JUST SHAVE IT BRO HAHA

You have no sense of humor.
I watch his podcast. Not really funny, but interesting. Him being a no hair, 5"6 guy in inspiration to my beta arse.
I watch his podcast too and I like it, but his stand up is honestly so shit. He's just not naturally a funny person
I enjoy his podcasts more than his stand-up but, i don't think hes an incompetent comedian. Just not my style
Yeah, the podcast isn't good because of his comedy, its good because he has a combination of being naturally curious and dumb as fuck that makes for good interviews, just so long as he doesn't get another standup on the show and try to get them to circle jerk about "The Craft"™ with him.
My hairline falling behind only on the right side of my head. Was taking pic of butt in mirror and noticed the top of my head starting to thin. I close to just taking the electric razor to my head by myself tonight. Should i do it? And what other things would i need to do if i buzzed my own head?
Women love that shit
i'm a liberal leftist and i enjoyed his most recent netflix standup special. his bit about house cats was hilarious :P
You have to be able to grow facial hair. Or else you will just look like one of the retards from the new mad max movie.
fuck off with the shitty bait, if real kys
based jap bros are going to cure it soon and we'll all have full youthful heads of hair
Joe rogans comedy is like white Carlos mencia
>ayyyy White people are stupid
> ayyyy smoke weed
If your hairline is terrible and you're obviously balding at an immediate glance, then yes, shave it. But what if it's just receding in the temples--enough to bother you but not extreme enough to shave it off? Hence my dilemma.
Yup, I still have enough hair to not look stupid if I keep it. But balding happens over a long time. I'll probably start having to shave it all off in like 5 years, but so far people don't know I'm balding unless I point it out to them
What electric razor does Jow Forums recommend for buzz cuts?
shave it bro, absolutely
Just GLUE it. It adds like 5 points to your 0 to 10 looks scale.
After worrying about it too long I just shaved it. Felt great.
I actually don't think it matters if I shave it or not, I'm a few weeks since my last shave, feeling scruffy and I'm pretty sure I had a girl at lunch miring me a little too much even though I hate my thinning hair. Probably helps that my beard is the same length. Blue eyes, good face maybe?
Is he actually supposed to be funny? I thought he was mostly just an interview guy
his hair was absolute shit he would probably look good with a buzz, Pretty crazy difference tho
he's got multiple stand up specials, i think his stand up is annoying though
What about if I have mild alopecia areata on my head? I hate people asking about it thinking my barber just fucked me up, but whenever I ask my friends if I should shave, they say no. Only one person has told me I should, and it was a battle buddy in the army.
>5 years
sorry bro it happens much faster than that..
Depends on the degree of balding. My hair is thinning but no receding hairline. It still looks much better grown out.
I lost half my hairline bc of this a while a back. I could hide it pretty well but I gave in one day and just buzzed all of it off. Felt much better with a buzzed head then trying to hide. Although my hair did eventually grow back.
if you're just receding it's fine to slick your hair back
but once you start getting random bald patches on top it's all over
How long did it take to grow back? It's been 6 months with not much progress.
Balding drops you 2 full points, but bald only drops 1 full point, so once you can't pull off hair... it's better than nothing.
I started losing my hair around March 2016, but I didn't actually get treatment until the start of 2017. After like 5 months of it I decided to grow my hair out again and it came back almost as full in the spot I lost. So it took about 5 rounds of monthly injections for it to grow back.
>wow user how'd you grow out your hair so quick!? oh, did you just glue it on? haha
Thanks user, I have hope now
