Yeah I’m natty. I don’t take off days here, I literally workout 7 days a week for hours a day because of boredom. Non combat deployments are the best for combat arms since you really have no job so all you do is lift and eat. I’m going to cut to 175 these last few months.

Bro split with Arms/Chest/Shoulders/Back/Legs and sometimes I just do what I feel like doing. During workouts I'll do a compound exercise and then go directly into an isolation exercise to get really pumped, and then keep doing this until I'm toast.
No direct ab work besides the occasional crunch machine, and also no cardio besides playing basketball or stuff with friend. Mostly just a clean diet, take no supplements besides melatonin and preworkout.
Before: 8 years ago 345lbs at my biggest.

I lifted for like 2 months on a ppl routine. I gave up because my bench stalled for 1 month at only 180, even after a deload.
OP here. I bench 325 at 185, it’s by far my best lift. If you want to get your bench up less reps heavy weight. On my heavy days I don’t do more than 8 reps. A lot of people thinks they can’t do light ass weight and just hit it 10-15 times and expect to make good strength gains.

I like doing a pyramid. 8, 6, 3, 1 then back up to 8. On my other chest exercises I’ll super set usually
