I just moisturize in the morning and use some facewash from Walmart that doesn't dry out my skin.

Try a few different things and see what works: Obviously the more expensive creams typically work better. Asking a woman this question is totally fine as well.

this desu, if you're rich you can get test done and find out what works best for your skin, but not having deficiencies of micronutrients and drinking the daily recommended amount of water helps too.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Have you seen good results? Combined, how expensive is all that stuff?

Lol

Exfoliate and moisturize. Try to find fragrance free products and follow the instructions on the back. Use sunscreen regularly. If you’ve got a decent amount of money find a medical office specializing in cosmetics and age management. They’ll be able to offer treatments like CO2 laser, thermage, acid peals, etc.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS A HEALTHY BALANCED DIET AND REGULAR EXERCISE. The skin is one of the last organs in your body to receive nutrients and poor health tends to show (head over to the fph threads for examples). So if your habits are shit it won’t matter how much cream you use. Also quit smoking if you do. A doctor should be able to give you the specifics of what you need or refer you to someone who can.

t. Someone who worked in a place that specializes in this stuff

exfoliate. use face scrub/cream/whatever, or a face sponge, just do something to remove old dead skin cells. there are cheaper drugstore brands for various face scrubs that work just as well as expensive shit. exfoliate nigga

moisturise. some ppl also use face toner before moisturising but do what you want. again just buy this from a drugstore or supermarket.

theres shitloads of mens skincare brands to help you out like nivea men and shit. if you got money there's more expensive brands that only focus on mens skincare cos its a booming market. use google.

otherwise a. drink water b. less, or better yet 0 alcohol and sugary drinks c. eat fruit, veggies, nuts d. drink water e. EXFOLIATE NIGGA!!

do your skincare routine every day. every. day. once in the morning and once more before you go to bed ideally. you will notice a difference. you gonna GLO UP ma brotha

what is so bad about a perfume?

Many of the chemicals used to add scents to soaps, shampoos, and lotions can cause irritation and allergic reactions, ironically leading to worse skin. Make sure to look for fragrance free not just unscented. I recommend dove and neutrogena products. That being said a couple spritzes of cologne on the carotids is fine.

You have to be very careful about exfoliating because you can cause micro tears in the skin that will make your skin worse. Make sure it's a gentle exfoliating product and you don't over use it.

Terrible advice. Physical scrubs will ruin your skin with excessive dryness/acne/irritation. You should use AHA 2x per week to exfoliate.
>men's skincare products
a meme.

OP, you need
1. Sunscreen (If you're American, use a mineral screen since the chemicals used in American sunscreens are terrible)
2.Oil cleanser
3.Foaming cleanser
4.An active ingredient (ie, niacinamine, vitC, vitA)
5.moisturizer

Every product you try, run it through CosDNA to see an analysis of the ingredients.

On top of this daily 5 step routine, you can exfoliate 2 times a week with AHA, and also BHA+any clay mask to clean your pores once a week.

can you recommend any bran in particular? I have no experience with these

I use The Ordinary's AHA 10% solution. Put it on my face, let it sit for 10 minutes, rinse off, then moisturize. 2x a week.
For BHA I used CosRx blackhead power liquid, let it sit on my face for 15 minutes, leave it on, then apply a clay mask (just some generic drugstore brand, clay masks are kinda all the same). Wash everything off then moisturize. Once a week. You could go two but I wouldn't push it.

Bonus is that these products are cheap as well as effective. Again check CosDna for any new product you want to try.

And BTW don't do these things on the same day unless you want to irritate the fuck out of your skin.

He's trolling you, it's a direct quote from the beginning of american psycho

This is a man or a tranny?

1) Do 20mg of accutane/isotretinoin a week
2) Use moisturizer 2 times a day (morning and night)
3) Buy a skin toner containing AHA and salisylic acid, use this once every 4-5 days

>2.Oil cleanser
>3.Foaming cleanser
